Service and order limit. The $39.99 CAD Full Song Evaluation covers one written professional evaluation of one original song using the lyrics and recording. The $24.99 CAD Lyrics-Only Evaluation covers one written evaluation of one original lyric and does not assess melody, vocals, performance, recording or production. Only one active service is accepted per artist at a time. The next song may be submitted after the current service is delivered. Albums and multi-song batches are not included unless separately agreed in writing. Standard evaluations do not include rewriting, co-writing, production, legal advice, pitching or guaranteed follow-up revisions.

Higher-support packages. The $129 CAD Hook & Chorus Rescue includes one complete evaluation, line-by-line chorus development notes, two alternate hook or chorus directions, one recorded walkthrough and one clarification email, normally within five business days. The $249 CAD Pitch-Ready Development Package includes one full evaluation, line-by-line lyric development notes, one 45-minute live call or recorded walkthrough, one follow-up review of the customer's revised lyric and a final pitch-preparation checklist, normally within seven business days. Package fit, availability, delivery date and payment are confirmed before work begins. Package names describe the intended development goal and do not guarantee pitch readiness, placement or commercial results.

Eligibility and permission. Customers must be at least 18 or have guardian involvement and must own or have permission to submit every included element.

Delivery and business hours. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The three-business-day turnaround begins once payment, the submission email, complete lyrics and all required information are received. Full-song orders also require a recording or working private link. Complete orders received after 5:00 p.m., on weekends or on Ontario statutory holidays are treated as received the next business day. Reports are normally delivered by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the third business day.

Ownership and confidentiality. You retain all song rights. 3LeftFeet receives only temporary permission to access and review the material, and will not publish, pitch, release, license or publicly use it without separate written permission. Any optional wording, hook directions or editorial suggestions supplied through a paid service are provided for the customer to accept, change or reject; 3LeftFeet claims no ownership, co-writing credit, publishing share, master right or royalties in those suggestions.

Privacy. Customer information is used only to process, evaluate, deliver and support the service. Songs and lyrics are normally deleted within 30 days after delivery unless longer retention is requested.

Technology disclosure. Customers must accurately disclose automated or technology-assisted tools used to create submitted lyrics, melody, vocals, instrumentation, arrangement or production. The customer remains responsible for platform terms, permissions, copyright and commercial usability.

Professional opinion. Song evaluation is subjective and does not guarantee any creative, commercial or industry result. The customer remains responsible for all business, legal, release and creative decisions.

Governing law. These terms are governed by Ontario and applicable Canadian law. Full acceptance wording is provided before payment.
